媒介：装置艺术 尺寸：350 x 350 x 230 cm 创作年代：2018年 现在的大街小巷已经很难看到奥拓车的身影，而就在不远的二三十年前，满大街的奥拓车承载了许多普通百姓的幸福感和获得感。在改革开放之后，物质生活日渐丰富的年代，它可是最富传奇色彩的车型，圆了许多中国人的轿车之梦。 人们常说，历史的车轮滚滚向前，时代的脚步永不停歇。中国的现代化和城市化进程不断加快，新的事物注定会不断涌现，像奥拓车这样的旧事物在时代前进的大车中，被取代、被淘汰，沦为一个历史名词也是在所难免。但是，它不应该被遗忘…… 《大车与小车》这件装置艺术作品希望从老百姓亲身经历的生活中，用代表着时间、记忆和历史的巨大车轮和一部奥拓车，为时代的宏大叙事增添一个有情感温度的细腻注脚。为曾经的事物在当下的生活中，构筑一处还能被回忆起的空间，因为历史是需要被人想起的。

However, just twenty or thirty years ago, the ubiquitous Alto car carried happiness and a sense of accomplishment for many ordinary people. In the era of increasing material wealth after China’s reform and opening up, it was the most legendary car model, fulfilling the car dreams of many Chinese people. It’s often said that the wheels of history keep rolling forward, and the pace of the times never stops. As China’s modernization and urbanization process accelerates, new things are bound to emerge constantly. Old things like the Alto car are inevitably replaced and eliminated in the grand progress of the times, becoming a historical term. However, they should not be forgotten… The installation artwork “Big Wheels and Small Cars” hopes to add a delicate and emotional footnote to the grand narrative of the times by using giant wheels that represent time, memory, and history, along with an Alto car, drawn from the personal experiences of ordinary people. It aims to create a space where the past can be remembered in the present life, because history needs to be recalled.
