生与死关系密切、不可分割。人类出生之时已确定了死亡的必然来临。但生未必可喜，死未必可哀，生命若无意义，何喜之有？死亡若有尊严，何可悲哀？如果知道生与死是人类的必然，那么，生命本身就是需求意义与尊严的过程。

Life and death are intimately connected—inseparable in essence. From the moment of birth, the inevitability of death is already certain. Yet life is not necessarily a cause for joy, nor is death inherently sorrowful. If life holds no meaning, what joy can it truly bring? And if death is met with dignity, why should it be mourned?
When we understand that life and death are both inevitable parts of the human condition, we realize that life itself becomes a journey in pursuit of meaning and dignity.
